Yves Van Durme brings practical boost to Deloitte Consulting Human Capital

Diegem, 2 November 2010 – Deloitte today announced the appointment of Yves Van Durme, who comes to reinforce the practical side of Deloitte Human Capital as a partner in Belgium. Mr Van Durme will focus on the further development of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Deloitte, as well as adding to specialisation in Performance Management and Total Rewards. The new appointment strengthens Deloitte's position in Talent Management.

Yves has ten or more years of experience as Consultant, Project Manager and Programme Developer for Human Capital projects, working on behalf of European, Japanese, American and Belgian multinationals, as well as for family-owned companies and SMEs. Building on his experience in High-Performance Coaching for sport, Yves Van Durme also developed a predilection for leadership and organisation development, with specific focus on the balance between processes, structures and systems. He also attaches a great deal of importance to cultural and personal motivation.

Before joining the Deloitte team, Van Durme was Business Unit Director 'Talent Management' at Hudson Benelux. In this role, he was involved both in establishing content and the management of Salary Research, Compensation & Benefits, Competence and Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Career Guidance, Assessment, Management Development, Organisation and Change.

With this expertise behind him, Van Durme provides a significant boost to the already well-developed package of services that Deloitte provides in the areas of HR Transformation, Strategic Change Management, Organisation Development and SAP HR.
